Jenna completed studies at both Sir Sandford Fleming College & Ryerson University prior to becoming an Addictions Counselor in Toronto. She sought further training in concurrent disorders, acquired brain injury, concussion management, behavioural management, suicide prevention and intervention and crisis prevention and intervention.

Jenna began working in the field of acquired brain injury in 2008 and has never looked back. She is extremely passionate about her work and is able to effectively provide empathetic care, support and program implementation to people with complex conditions including catastrophic injuries, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, concurrent disorders, intense behavioural concerns and those needing neurological rehabilitation.

Jenna has worked in a variety of community settings including hospitals, client homes, gyms, pools, clinics and residential treatment settings. Her vast work experiences have allowed her to work collaboratively with professionals to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

Through building strong rapport with the clients and their teams she is able to effectively advocate for individuals needs. She prides herself on both her verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Jenna is able to accurately and effectively express the needs of clients based on her on observations and client feedback.

In her spare time Jenna is a wife and mother of two. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, cooking and is an online fitness coach who encourages and motivates others to reach their wellness goals.
